Rosey is an amazing piercer! She's super sweet and was lovely with my 19 month old daughter. Although the piercer was understanding and helpful, the shop should be more informative and make sure to give care sheets to people who are getting their first piercing. I am not 100% satisfied with the service at this location and am not sure if I will return. I understand it's an open wound but they did not seem concerned at all. They did not give me any other information. I called them and they said it's bleeding because "it's an open wound," and that it's fine. My friend suggested I use sea salt to soak, which was new information to me too. That's when I realized I wasn't given an aftercare sheet or any other information except for using a q tip and solution. I told my friend (who has a lot of piercings) and she told me to check the aftercare sheet. I called them and they said it was fine and not to worry.

It was dripping down and covering the side of my neck. Today is the day after and my right earlobe started bleeding a lot out of nowhere. I had to do my own research for information that seems like something they should tell people at the store, especially those who haven't been pierced before. No information about bleeding, swimming, working out, emu oil, etc. The bad: I didn't get an aftercare sheet or any other information besides to clean it twice a day with the cleaning solution and a qtip. He let me lay down in the back until I felt better and seemed genuinely concerned. After both lobes were done being pierced I felt faint and he had me lay down and got me a cold wet paper towel for my head and a candy to help me feel better. He hid the needle from my view and had me close my eyes while he talked to me to keep me distracted. The good: I told to guy who pierced my ears that I have a phobia of needles and he was very understanding about it. It was the first time I've gotten a piercing since I was a baby. Just got my earlobes pierced here yesterday.
